About Clarke County Court Docket

Clarke County court dockets are divided among the Circuit Clerk, Probate Judge, and municipal clerks. Alabama also uses separate tools for electronic filing, public case access, and traffic payments. We built this private reference resource to make those lines clear and to connect readers with the correct official portal, address, or phone number.

Why We Built This Site

Public access in Alabama still requires correct routing. The Clarke County Circuit Clerk keeps Circuit and District Court dockets, while the Probate Judge maintains a separate set of records. Each operating municipal court controls its city cases. Just One Look and Alacourt provide remote state trial-court access, but neither replaces the clerk-certified original. We collect the supported search steps, court roles, contacts, and request methods so a reader can begin with the proper custodian.

What You Will Find Here

  • Docket guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are searched and read in Clarke County
  • Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting
  • Case lookups: how to run a case search by party name or case number through the statewide portal
  • Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the clerk of court

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site, with no affiliation to an Alabama court, the Clarke County Circuit Clerk, or a government agency. Those limits matter:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Third-party providers power search boxes on some content pages. They operate their own services and determine their prices and results. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may generate a referral fee that supports this free resource. We do not set provider charges, control the data returned, or authenticate any result as a Clarke County court record.
